Just type the items, one per line, and the tool sorts out the quantity and unit. Group the items by shop, number them, and send the list as a PDF or as a WhatsApp message. Yes. Give each item a place in "Where to buy", or type the shop name followed by a colon in the quick box ("Hardware shop:") and the items under it get that shop. The PDF then shows the list grouped by shop with a small total for each group, so you can hand each shop its own part.
Download the PDF and keep it. After shopping, open this page, upload the PDF in the box at the top, and fill in the price of one unit for each item (or only the line total if that is all the bill shows). The tool multiplies by the quantity and shows the total for each shop and the grand total. Download the PDF again.
Yes. Upload the old PDF and press "Start a new list from these items". The items stay, and the prices you paid last time move to "last time's price" so the new PDF shows how each price changed.
Press "Copy as WhatsApp message" under the preview and paste it in WhatsApp. It becomes a neat list with the shop names in bold. Or download the PDF and share that file.
No. It is read inside your browser. Only a PDF made by this tool can be loaded - any other file, or a copy that was printed again, compressed or edited, is rejected with a message. When the preview or the download is made, the list in the form is sent to our server to draw the PDF and is not stored.
No. The details are used only to draw the PDF and are not saved on our server. A copy of the form stays in your own browser so you do not lose it if you refresh the page.
