Shipping Label Maker

Pack the box, print the label and stick it on. Fill in who is sending and who is receiving - name, address, PIN code and mobile number - and add as many receivers as you have parcels. Each one gets its own label, with COD or prepaid, order barcode and handling warnings if you want them.

Which size should I choose?

"4 per A4 sheet" prints four A6 labels on one normal A4 page - print, cut along the dashed lines and stick with tape or glue. "8 per A4" gives smaller labels for small packets. For a thermal label printer pick "4 x 6 inch thermal"; for a single sticker per page pick A6 or A5.

How do I print on a sticker sheet?

Download the PDF, print it at 100% (actual size, no "fit to page") and cut along the dashed lines. If you use ready-made sticker paper, print a plain copy first to check the alignment.

What does the Boxes number do?

If one order goes in 3 boxes, enter 3. You get three labels for that receiver, marked BOX 1 of 3, BOX 2 of 3 and BOX 3 of 3, so the courier and the customer can match them up.

What are COD and PREPAID?

Enter the amount the courier must collect in "COD amount" and a COD badge is printed. Leave it blank and tick "PREPAID" to show a PREPAID badge instead.

Is the barcode scannable by a courier?

The barcode is a standard Code 128 made from your order number, so any normal scanner can read it. It is meant for your own packing and tracking. Couriers print their own AWB label too - stick yours next to it.

Is my data stored?

No. The names and addresses are used only to draw the PDF. A copy of the form stays in your own browser so you do not lose it if you refresh the page.
