Your browser will ask which screen, window or tab to share - pick one and recording starts right after the countdown. System audio is only available when sharing a browser tab (or a full screen on Windows/ChromeOS); if the picker has no "Share audio" option, that source has no capturable audio. Click Stop here, or "Stop sharing" in the browser bar, to finish. Without the save-to-disk option the whole recording is held in your computer's memory until you download it, so a refresh or closed tab loses it - for long recordings, use save-to-disk (Chrome/Edge) or the Small quality setting.
