Keep a clean record of your weight and height over time. Enter the name, date of birth and gender once, then add a row for every reading. The age, BMI, change since the last reading and a weight graph are worked out automatically, and you can download the whole record as a PDF.
The name, date of birth and gender, and at least one reading. Every reading needs a date and either the weight or the height - or both. Rows that are missing a date or both values are left out of the PDF, and the download button tells you what is missing.
The age is worked out from the date of birth and today's date, and each reading also shows the age on its own date. The report date on the PDF is the day you generate it - you do not type it.
BMI is the weight in kilograms divided by the height in metres squared. If a row has a weight but no height, the last height entered before that date is used (marked with a star). The BMI status (underweight, healthy, overweight, obese) is shown for adults aged 18 and over; for children it needs growth charts, so only the number is shown.
