Keep the fuel, service and repair record of your bike or car in one place. Add each fuel fill with the odometer reading and litres, and the tracker works out your mileage and fuel cost per km. Add every service and repair with the km and the amount, and it shows what you have spent and when the next service is due. Next time, upload the PDF you downloaded and add only the new entries.
The tracker uses the full-tank method. Fill the tank to the brim each time and mark the fill as "full tank". The mileage is the km driven between two full tanks divided by the fuel put in after the first one, up to and including the second. If you had a partial fill in between, its fuel is added to the next full tank. So you need at least two full-tank fills to see a mileage.
The date, the odometer reading in km, the fuel filled, and either the total amount paid or the price per litre - the other one is worked out. The odometer is what lets the tracker count the distance, so enter it every time.
Choose Service or Repair as the entry type. Only the date and the amount are needed - no litres or price. Add the odometer km if you want to see the gap between services, a line on what was done, and for a service the km at which the next one is due. The PDF then shows the last service, the next due km and how many km are left.
After you download the PDF, keep it. Next time open this page, upload that PDF in the box at the top of the form, and all its entries come back. Add the new fuel fills, services and repairs and download the PDF again.
